• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+7) Indochina Time will be processed the same business day.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, delivery takes 7-10 business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 10 to 15 business days.

2. Shipping Rates and Destinations

• Shipping Method: We currently offer Standard Shipping.
• Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $6.49 USD applies to all orders. Free shipping for orders of $79 or more.
• Shipping Destinations: We currently only deliver to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

We believe in transparent pricing. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
