Shipping Destinations

RelaxAligns currently ships orders to the following destinations:

Vietnam
Australia
Canada
United States

All orders are prepared and shipped from Vietnam.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT+07:00) Indochina Time (Ho Chi Minh City).

Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed according to the handling time for the selected shipping method.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT+7 will be treated as being placed on the following business day for handling-time calculation.

For handling and shipping calculations, our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays observed in Vietnam.

Handling time begins on the applicable business day after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

The estimated delivery time for Express shipping to Vietnam is approximately 4 to 6 business days, based on the stated handling and transit times.

Shipping to Australia, Canada, and the United States

Standard

Handling time: 5 to 7 business days
Transit time: 10 to 15 business days
Shipping fee: Free

The estimated delivery time for Standard shipping to Australia, Canada, and the United States is approximately 15 to 22 business days, based on the stated handling and transit times.

Express

Handling time: 3 to 5 business days
Transit time: 5 to 9 business days
Shipping fee: USD 7.99

The estimated delivery time for Express shipping to Australia, Canada, and the United States is approximately 8 to 14 business days, based on the stated handling and transit times.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer through the contact information associated with the order.

After a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it may take some time for tracking information to appear or update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Import Taxes, and Additional Fees

For orders shipped to Australia, Canada, and the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs-related fees are covered and paid by RelaxAligns.

Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, or other import-related charges upon delivery.

The total amount payable by the customer, including the product price and applicable shipping fee, will be shown at checkout before the order is completed. No additional payment will be requested from the customer by RelaxAligns for customs or import charges after the order has been placed.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Shipping and transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of RelaxAligns.

If your order has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery period, please contact RelaxAligns with your order information so that we can review the shipment status and assist you as appropriate.
