Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

RelaxAligns accepts returns within 30 days from the date the order is received.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received, including the original packaging where applicable.

Return Costs

RelaxAligns provides free return shipping and waives restocking fees for eligible returns.

Once your return request has been approved, the return address and instructions will be provided by email.

Please do not send the item back before receiving return instructions from RelaxAligns.

How to Request a Return

Please email support@relaxaligns.com and provide:

Your order number
The reason for the return
Any relevant information about the item

We will review your request and provide further instructions by email.

Refunds and Replacements

For eligible returns, customers may choose to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order.

If the item received is defective or damaged, customers may instead request a replacement with another item rather than a refund.

Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and reviewed, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Ineligible Returns

A return request may be declined if the item has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or is no longer in the same condition as when it was received.
