Request Period
RelaxAligns accepts cancellation or order modification requests within 4 hours from the time the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
How to Request a Cancellation or Modification
Please email support@relaxaligns.com and include your order number and the details of your request.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests submitted within the 4-hour period will be reviewed, provided the order has not yet entered the preparation, production, or shipping process.
If the cancellation is approved, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Modification
Within the 4-hour period, customers may request changes to details such as the product, quantity, or shipping address.
A modification is only effective after RelaxAligns confirms the change by email. If the modification results in a difference in the order total, any additional payment or refund will be processed accordingly.
Requests After 4 Hours
After 4 hours, RelaxAligns may no longer be able to cancel or modify an order if it has already entered the processing or shipping process.
In such cases, customers may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information about any available options.
Refunds
For approved cancellations, RelaxAligns will issue the refund to the original payment method.
