We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping and Fees
- Return Shipping Costs: We will pay for all return shipping costs. We will provide detailed instructions on the process after you contact us.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refund Amount: Your refund will be a full refund, including the product price and the original shipping fee.
- Refund Method: The money will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
6. Exchanges and Replacements
If you prefer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover all costs associated with the exchange, including shipping the new item to you.
