Orders and Payment

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation or modification within 4 hours of a successful purchase. After this period, we cannot change the order as it has entered the processing stage. Please email support@relaxaligns.com immediately with your order number.

What if I miss the 4-hour window?

If you miss the 4-hour window, you will need to wait to receive the product and then follow the return process outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we exclusively accept payments via PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account to complete the payment.

What currency are all prices charged in?

All transactions on our website are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you are paying with a different currency, PayPal will automatically handle the conversion.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Vietnam, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer two options:

  • Standard: $6.49 USD
  • Express: $12.49 USD

When will I receive my order?

The total estimated delivery time includes processing and transit time:

  • Standard: 16-20 business days in total.
  • Express: 9-12 business days in total.

Will I have to pay additional taxes or customs fees?

No. We guarantee the price you pay at checkout is the final price. There will be no additional customs, duties, or taxes upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number (if available).

We accept returns for eligible orders within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for you.
